Responsibilities
- Train promoters in campaign activities and brand standards
- Prepare schedules and check shift attendance
- Oversee materials, uniforms and work at each location
- Collect photo reports and activation results
Requirements
- Experience on promotional projects
- Ability to coordinate people and resolve day-to-day issues
- Punctuality and willingness to travel between locations
- Confidence using spreadsheets and messaging tools
Expected results
- Fully staffed shifts starting on time
- Brand standards followed at every location
- Complete reports submitted on schedule
